General Terms and Conditions
You must be at least 19 years of age.
You (or a person at least 19 years of age designated by you) must be present at the Delivery Address to receive wine Ordered through Penguin and Delivered in accordance with this agreement, and must not appear intoxicated. If so, Penguin has the discretion to withhold Delivery. In such case, you may later attend at Penguin’s delivery depot to take possession of the wine that could not be delivered by reason of the foregoing. Alternatively, you may request re-Delivery.
Upon Delivery, you must sign a the confirmation of receipt form. You agree that your signature certifies: (a) that the Ordered product has been paid for; and (b) that you are of legal drinking age (19+) in Ontario.
