
In 2003, Gordon began experimenting with cheese recipes using the extra milk that came from his goats. Gordon's Goat Dairy is a small family run operation and will remain so! All the grains and hay fed to the goats that produce the cheese are grown on their own land. They use land-preserving crops with no GMO's. As a result, they produce high quality hormone-free and antibiotic-free cheeses.
