James Antonio coffee is 100% red cherries only, organically processed, from the fertile volcanic slopes of Tarrazu, Costa Rica. There, coffee plants find Nirvana in the combination of climate, ideal rich soil and the perfect altitude for achieving its evolution. Nurtured and handpicked by plantation families who have been practicing sustainability and perfecting the process for over 170 years. James Antonio Coffee employs some of the biggest collections of experienced farmers in the region as we promote, study and introduce producers to natural and environmentally sustainable growing methods. However, this comes at a cost. To ensure all these practices are maintained to the highest standards of “Fair Trade” a premium price is paid to everyone within the process to reassure our integrity is never compromised.
