So, What Do You Do If…

You’re unhappy with the quality

Once you’ve picked up your online groceries from Penguin Fresh at Penguin Pick-Up, please have a look at the produce when you get home. If you’re not happy with the quality of the food, please notify us by midnight at (905) 760-6203 on the day you pick up your order and we will gladly issue a credit to your Penguin Fresh account. You may also e-mail us at info@penguinfresh.com

You’re missing something from your order

Once you’re ready to go through your order, review your pick sheet first. Your pick sheet is a complete list of everything you ordered and paid for. If there is an item missing in your basket that is listed on your pick sheet, we will issue a credit to your account. If there is something that you think is missing from your order that is not on your pick sheet, it could be that you forgot to add that item to your cart.

You need to cancel an order

Contact us at info@penguinfresh.com before 9 a.m. to cancel your order. For every cancellation order, there is a re-stocking fee of $4.
