Peter worked in well-known restaurants such as Mistura, taught at George Brown College, and then opened up his own butcher shop in Kensington Market. Soon after, he took over the European Meats in Kensington, in order to be able to introduce artisan deli, and charcuterie products. He only serves the best quality of meat, produced by small, local farmers.
