Soup, Yellow Split Pea Curry

A high-in-protein, high-in-fiber powerhouse. The smooth texture of split peas combined with the taste of curry make for a delicious soup!
Just add water, boil, and simmer.
Makes 4-6 servings.
Ingredients: yellow split peas, onion flakes, spinach, pumpkin powder, sweet potato, spices, sea salt.
